4. Voice Recordings and AI Processing

  • Collection and Use: When you use the Sayzi app, we record, process, and store your voice for language learning, feedback, and analytics.
  • Processing:  Your voice is processed by automated (AI-based) systems for real-time feedback, learning analytics, and service improvement.
  • User Access and Transparency: You have full access to your own voice recordings, transcripts, and feedback generated in the Sayzi app. You can view and listen to every recording and transcript associated with your account, as well as the feedback provided by our system. Saynetics Pty Ltd personnel do not have access to any additional personal data or content beyond what is available to you through your account.
  • Storage and Retention: Voice recordings are securely stored and retained for as long as your account is active.
  • Account Cancellation: If you cancel your account, all voice recordings and related data are deleted within one (1) year.
  • Deletion Requests: If you request deletion of your voice data, we will delete all relevant data within thirty (30) days.
  • Sharing: Recordings are not shared with third parties unless required to deliver the service, comply with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent.
  • Access and Control: You may access and review your voice recordings and related data at any time within the app. If you wish to have your voice recordings and related data deleted, you must cancel your subscription (including free subscriptions) through the app. Once your subscription is cancelled, all associated voice data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

5. Single Sign-On (SSO)

    • If you use a third-party SSO provider (e.g., Google, Apple, Facebook) to register or log in, we may receive information including your name, email, and profile photo, as permitted by your provider and the permissions you grant.
    • SSO is used to authenticate your identity and streamline registration and login.
    • Your use of SSO is also governed by the privacy policy of the SSO provider; we recommend reviewing their terms.
    • You may disconnect your SSO account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us, though this may affect your ability to access certain features.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data:

  • Encryption: All data—including voice recordings, personal details, and usage data—is encrypted in transit and at rest.
